Our goal is to ensure every delivery arrives fresh, accurate, and on time.

  • If your address falls outside our delivery radius, your order may be declined or converted to pickup.

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

6. Customer Responsibility

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, and any special instructions.

  • Being available to receive the order at the scheduled time.

  • Responding to phone calls or messages from our driver if contact is needed upon arrival.

If the driver is unable to reach the customer after two attempts or 10 minutes, the order will be marked as delivered or abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

 

7. Delivery Verification

  • Orders may be verified using GPS tracking, driver confirmation, or photo proof (when applicable).

  • Once the order has been confirmed as delivered, it will be considered completed and non-refundable.

  • Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if an issue arises.

8. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing:

  • Provide your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

Please consume your food immediately upon arrival for the best taste and safety.
Jeffrey Burgers is not responsible for changes in food quality due to delays in consumption or improper storage after delivery.

 

10. Weather & Traffic Delays

 

Deliveries may be delayed due to heavy traffic, road closures, or severe weather.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during such conditions.
Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays beyond our reasonable control.

 

11. Third-Party Delivery Services

 

If you placed your order through a third-party app (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, or Grubhub), please refer to their policies for delivery and refunds.
Once the order is in their possession, they are responsible for the handling and delivery process.
We will assist in verifying order details if necessary but cannot issue refunds for third-party errors.

 

12. Lost, Stolen, or Unattended Deliveries

 

If you request that your order be left unattended (e.g., “leave at the door”), Jeffrey Burgers is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after the order has been delivered and confirmed.
All such deliveries are considered final and non-refundable.

 

13. Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been confirmed and sent to the kitchen.

  • Please review all details carefully before submitting your order.
